Nice stay, but a bit scratchy

We had a good time here! The location is super convenient for exploring. The staff was friendly, really made us feel at home. They even had a nice breakfast selection. But they took away our comforter and only offered us a scratchy blanket, which was kinda lame. Oh, and the phone in our room didn’t work either.

I recently stayed at the Red Roof Plus in Westbury. The staff greeted me warmly, and the room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the great location near shopping and eateries, though the outdated beds could use an upgrade. It was a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed for 2 nights and loved the comfy beds and the mini fridge in the room. The cleanliness was impressive, and my room had a beautiful modern style. I would definitely choose this place again!

The elevator felt like it was stuck in a previous decade, taking an eternity to arrive. Our window didn’t shut properly, letting in a draft, and the tub drained very slowly, leaving water halfway up my ankles during the shower. Pillows were not up to snuff—cheap and uncomfortable. The TV was too small for the room size, mounted awkwardly, which made for a less than ideal viewing experience. Additionally, the bathroom sink sat a bit too high without any facial tissues in reach.

I had a great time during my stay! The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcomed immediately. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing night. The rooftop bar is a nice touch, and it would be awesome if they added some music to enhance the vibe. Conveniently located, it was easy for us to explore local attractions.

We enjoyed hiking the scenic trails at Eisenhower Park and attending a swim meet at the Nassau County Aquatic Center. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was super accommodating. Definitely a great spot for a group getaway!

One downside was the outdated beds. It would be great if they could update them for a better night's sleep.

Consider requesting a room closer to the elevator if traveling with young children to minimize walking distance.

Nice hotel with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff helped me with info about the town on my first stay, and they were always friendly like Roxy at check-in. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape.
